"We like short shorts"

So for several months I've been absolutely addicted to the messy stylings of Bitching and Junkfood, and their awesome range of cut up and distressed Levis made into shorts.

So whilst trawling the vintage shops of Brick Lane, when I found even more and this time dyed various colours I was in my element. So me and my friends have been wearing these shorts for ages whether on nights out, or teaming them with a pair of Doc Martens they look epic. However now the high street has taken notice and they are all over the place, which one the one hand I love that such an awesome item has become a wardrobe must have, but on the other hand I can't help but dislike the fact that my once individual look, I now see everywhere....
So I was delighted to find Bambi and Manson i'd never really heard of them before, until Teen Vogue ran a competition to win a pair of their shorts, but they are amazing. Ripped, dyed, paint splattered, you name it they've done it to shorts. But how are they different to any other cut Levis shorts I hear you ask? Well for one, they are only made when they are ordered, so you are ordering a yet to even be in existence piece, so you are pretty much guaranteed an original style every time. But what caught my eye the most is their Custom Shorts section. Here you pick the colour of the denim you want, the Treatment; so whether they are distressed, paint splattered, dip dyed, or bleached, and then there is a little box to tell them exactly what you want from having studs to what colour paint or dye you want, anything you can thing of, making it truly original. You then send off the form and then they quote you a price, simple. Even celebs such as Millie Macintosh from MIC and Amy Childs from TOWIE have got in on the act. Perfect for the summer festivals or dressing up with a pair of heels, these are a must have.
Prices starting from £40, Customised Shorts a quote price will be emailed to you.
Also I recommend checking out their awesome range of Jackets, as a staple for your summer wardrobe, prices starting £80.
